A defiant Israel has agreed to allow more aid into the Gaza strip while insisting that claims of starvation are being fabricated.
Since stopping aid deliveries in March more and more nations and International law experts have accused Israel not only of war crimes but of the much more serious international crime of genocide, a deeply contested claim. But what constitutes genocide and what should nations who are signatories to the UN declaration be doing to stop it?
